The Administrative & Communications Manager is a full-time position with benefits at Passage Theatre Company (Trenton, NJ). The Administrative & Communications Manager reports to the Artistic Director and Managing Director and is part of a small, committed team of staff members. Competitive candidates will have excellent customer service skills, excellent writing and organizational skills, and a can-do, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude. Competitive candidates will also have a strong interest in developing marketing language and campaigns in both print and online media, in coordination with the Managing and Artistic Directors. Highly qualified candidates will enjoy engaging with a culturally and socio-economically diverse community of patrons, artists, and donors, and be an ambassador for the arts and Passage in the community. Highly qualified candidates will enjoy working on new plays and education initiatives, have a sense of humor, and be ready to laugh at the amazing experiences of theatre-making.
There is potential room for growth into other areas of interest to the candidate.
